Pett Marine depicts a fictional small ferry terminal somewhere on the south coast. The ferry is for foot-passengers only and is served by frequent trains linking the terminal with a junction from the former LBSC main line. Regular goods trains arrive at the terminal bringing in supplies for the local area and taking away fish landed by the small fishing fleet operating from the quay. The layout was built by members of the East Sussex ‘0’ Gauge group and the ship model by club member Ron Clothier.
